PRESService, thanks to its experience in the sector of automatic machines, industrial plants, automations, industrial machinery, production lines and work centres, can offer the necessary service of compliance for the interventions of adaptation and safety of machinery. Compliance with the regulations allows a company to make the equipment compliant to work safely.
The creation of fixed or mobile command and control protection systems for industrial automation, plants and automatic machines can be done in 2 different ways:
1) The company, on a project already completed and certified by its consultants, requires us to build and install casings, fixed or mobile mechanical barriers, installation of electrical systems for perimeter and internal control, such as photoelectric barriers, safety micro contacts on doors and gates for access to the plant or automation, sectioned block buttons for a single part or the entire plant.
2) The company requires us to design, build and certify the industrial plant to comply with the regulations. It is useful to clarify that the certification and design part is issued by the technical office with which we work closely. Finally, we carry out testing, we take care of the adaptation of mechanical and electrical safety for individual machines and production lines, in accordance with the current Law for on-board machine safety and perimeter safety.
The laws in force in your country concern the improvement of workers' safety and health in the workplace, and indicate the rules for making safe:
The main dangers arising from the use of machines and equipment in general can be classified as:
shearing, crushing, grabbing, dragging, cutting, breaking, contact with machine parts at high temperatures, shaking and vibrations of machines, incorrect positioning of control and stop devices or their accidental activation.
From various investigations it emerges that these events are mainly due to:
1 – lack of protections that the machine, system or automation must be equipped with
2 – ease in removing or maliciously omitting protective systems because they are obsolete; lack of warnings and precautionary prohibitions against accidents at work
The compliance in small, medium and large industries of every sector concerns the production and manufacturing industries (users) and the manufacturers of the same automatic machines, industrial automation systems, transport lines within the company which must be equipped with safety accessories such as:
For equipment used since November 1996: with the latest regulations in force, in the absence of compliance with the aforementioned essential safety requirements (RES), it is necessary to proceed with modifications and adjustments (more generally of the control devices, interlocks, guards, protections, etc.) which must currently comply with the specific requirements.
