Presservice means a workshop for complete or partial assembly of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and metal structural parts of automatic machines in any industrial sector, with processing based on paper drawings, or via 3D files or on the reproduction of a sample. In our warehouse we carry out the assembly for third parties or on behalf of any industrial type of automatic machines and industrial plants because the technical - practical experience gained in reading and knowing the mechanical and technical drawing is a universal technical language that we possess know-how). Together with the practical work and the organizational dynamics for the assembly, gained over the years on behalf of manufacturers in various industrial sectors, we can guarantee the customer mastery of the work, thanks to the experience of assembling various automatic machines and industrial plants that have their own technical specifications. The assembly and assembly can be total, partial or of individual groups of the machine, automation and plant.

If the customer decides to commission us to assemble and completely assemble an automatic machine, an industrial plant or an industrial automation, we are available to receive and catalogue with the basic lists, in our warehouse, all the pieces of the machinery such as: frame, three-phase motors, pulleys, chains, reducers, brushless motors, shafts, clamping devices, rollers, solenoid valves, joints, bolts, etc. and all the pieces already machined and the commercial pieces.
The assembly of the mechanical parts, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and metal structures is carried out following the paper drawings or the overall 3D files and the particular technical drawings provided by the customers, guaranteeing maximum confidentiality and industrial secrecy.

We assemble the mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and structural parts, we carry out the electrical wiring on board the machine, the assembly of the protective casings. We know how to manage any modification or correction on the automatic machine or system and on non-commercial parts independently, interfacing with the technical and design offices. Once assembly is complete, we call the company and if possible (for power of kw) we can do the testing (in the presence of a customer technician), after which the machine is loaded onto your or our truck to transport it to the location requested by the customer.

The estimate for the assembly of the system or of the entire or partial automatic machine is normally made at a single price (per lump sum), but it is also possible to request it in economy, respecting the delivery times decided by the customer. If these delivery times were not possible, it would be communicated immediately at the time of sending the estimate.
