Presservice in partnership with another company means the creation of electrical panels for third parties, for industrial plants and automatic machines, on-board machine wiring (also at our company), dismantling of old electrical panels and remaking of electrical systems with adaptation to current regulations of the systems.
We carry out and certify the compliance of:
The electrical panel is a component that performs the tasks of command, power, maneuver, control and protection and is entrusted with the interface function between the delivery point of the National Distributor and the entire electrical system used. The legislation defines different categories of switchboards based on various factors; in relation to the intended use, PRESService creates:
The wiring of electrical distribution panels is carried out for industrial plants above a certain voltage.
A turning point developed the construction project according to the customer's requests we proceed to create the entire electrical panel, starting from the preparatory phases: the wiring, such as the creation of identification cards for cables, terminals and components and the marking of cables and terminals.
We position and install ducts and components on the back plate of the panel, we proceed to drill the door of the electrical panel to position the necessary push-buttons and indicator lights (for automation electrical panels) and finally we connect the cables, carrying out the actual wiring.
Wiring can be done on panels of different types and uses:
We design and manufacture on-board electrical panels for the command and control of industrial automation of machines and systems with many years of experience in specific sectors that require industrial automation: mechanics, plastics, textiles, biomedical, handling, packaging, food, ecology, pharmaceuticals, steel, industrial ceramics, water treatment and energy, we guarantee professionalism, reliability and after-sales technical assistance. Each electrical panel is built and certified in compliance with the relevant IEC Standards and current regulations. Our production includes:
As part of the renovation of the entire industrial plant, we obviously plan to remake, adapt and bring the existing electrical system up to standard according to current regulations, issuing a Certificate of Conformity.
This involves adapting all electrical parts (electrical panels, cables, ...) relating to industrial machinery according to current regulations.
Once the wiring is complete, we verify that what has been created is functional and satisfies the technical-regulatory requirements set out in the technical specifications. We then power the electrical panel to verify that everything is working correctly by simulating the expected command and control modes and we move on to carrying out the instrumental checks:
